Primary Responsibility: Responsible for set-up, customer training (hardware and solution), and machine connectivity.
Other duties may include and not limited to:
- Provide customer service support on office product models to include:
- Solution implementation and support
- The ability to work with external customer in teaching them best practices on operation of the equipment.
- Provide hardware and customer solution training
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn new technologies
